Basic backgrounds (such as flat colours, gradients and basic patterns) are free.

Simple backgrounds include cloudy skies, bokeh lights, plants, windows etc. The character takes up most of the canvas.

Detailed backgrounds include large landscapes or sceneries such as mountains with clouds, interiors, buildings, etc. These are for artworks where the background is larger than the character.

I won't draw: Gore / Mecha / Complex creatures or monsters / Anthro (willing to try but it's not my forte)

Closed species require proof of slot ownership!

Please avoid linking images of other's characters and designs as reference. You may however link mine or your own designs as examples. Reference images of characters from anime, games, etc. are acceptable as examples but not to be heavily referenced.

I can send previews for approval if requested. Major changes must be made during the sketch stage, so please be clear and provide visual references when possible.

Major changes after completion comes with additional fees.

My art style is sketchy and painterly. The final product will reflect that style.

You must be 18+ to order NSFW commissions. Anyone found lying about their age will be banned for one year.

Harassment, fake bids, or ignoring messages/payment will result in a 1-month ban. Continued rule-breaking may result in a permanent ban and block.

Payment plans are only available for designs over a certain amount, with a maximum period of 2–3 weeks (or as agreed).

For totals over $250 USD, the maximum period is 4 weeks.

Extensions are allowed. Please contact me first to discuss it.

The minimum deposit must be paid upfront.

Please be absolutely sure before committing. If you cancel or back out, your deposit will not be refunded.

If payment is not completed within the agreed time, you will be restricted from future purchases until the owed amount is paid in full.

Do not trace, steal or copy my designs.

I can hold adoptables for 3-7 days, or longer if agreed upon. Failure to respond or pay within that time will forfeit your claim and the design will return to sale.

Please credit me for the design and artwork/s when appropriate.

You may request minor colour or design changes for free.

Major redesigns or significant edits will require an additional fee.

You may resell, trade, gift, or voucher my designs.

Vouchered designs are considered traded.

I take no responsibility for trade or resale transactions between users.

When reselling, please mention the original base price + commission value.

Traded designs may be resold, traded, or vouchered for up to the total value you personally spent, which includes both the original trade value + any additional purchased art.

Gifted designs lose all monetary value and cannot be resold unless you've purchased additional art for them. In that case, resale value is based only on the total cost of the purchased art.

Personal art can be added only if the pricing is fair and consistent with your standard commission rates. Please be reasonable and avoid overinflating the value.

Gifted art does not add to resale value.

You may make small edits (clothing, gender, colour palette, species, etc.).

You may convert the design to a closed species only with proof of permission or if you own the species.

I reserve the right to post finished commissions in my gallery or social media unless the client requests privacy beforehand.

All commissioned artworks and designs are for Personal (Non-Commercial) Use by default. You may not sell, reproduce, or profit from my work without permission.

For Commercial Use, please discuss with me before or after purchase to arrange the rights and fee.

Commercial Use require an additional fee of 100–150% of the original price for works/designs priced over $150 USD.

If the artwork/design is below $150 USD, the additional fee will vary between 100–400%, depending on the amount of pieces and intended use.

Once payment for Commercial Rights is received, commercial usage rights are granted to the client for the specified artworks/design.

Permitted under Personal Use: using art/designs in videos, streams, Vtubing, emojis, or similar non-profit activities.

Commercial Use includes: selling merchandise (digital/physical), advertising, monetised streams/videos, or any activity that generates revenue.

Prohibited in all cases: selling or minting as NFTs, or uploading to AI-generation/training platforms, even with Commercial Rights.
